The executive board of Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD has approved an approach for environmental policy. The new ideas for the Airports define the environmental protection as one of the main company goals. The following policy is applied upon performance of the following company activities:
1. Stability, based on economical, ecological and social criteria is now the most important priority. With its new corporative ideas and goals, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management AD emphasizes its obligation to the people interested: clients, suppliers, shareholders, employees and neighbors; by turning the environment management into a key element of the future corporate strategies.
2. We realize our environmentally related responsibility. In order to maintain a connection with the environment, we commit to the idea for protection of the environment and its stability. We believe that environmental protection does not end at the boundaries of the airport territory and we will do more than the law requires.
3. Environmental protection is a responsibility for each one of us. Our employees realize the importance of their duties and take active participation in meeting the common goals. They willingly take the responsibility and commit to the results of their actions. A clear and decentralized responsibility management allows for taking the right decisions. Realizing the environmental responsibility is taught to our employees at all levels. The management and staff work together in their efforts for environmental protection in all areas of the company.
